Ag Workers values each and every customer and has the highest
regard for the personal privacy of our clients. Our policies for
collecting, securing, using and sharing your non-public personal
information are provided to you upon initially doing business and then
every year after, as long as you are an Ag Workers’ customer. This Privacy
Policy will continue to apply after your relationship with Ag Workers has
terminated.

We maintain physical and organizational safeguards as well as
electronic protection to shield customer information. We review our
procedures and policies regularly by monitoring our computer system in
order to help us protect customer information. We restrict access to
information about you to employees who need to know that information in
order to provide you with products or with benefits and services under
them. We require nonaffiliated third parties with whom we share nonpublic
personal information to adhere to our privacy standards.

- We do not provide customer information to

conduct our business and provide you with customer service. Most of the
information we maintain about you we get from you. The following is an

- Information from transactions with us, such
as your payment history, underwriting and claims documents.
- Information from sources not associated with
the Ag Workers Group of Companies such as claim history and driving

The information we collect is used to underwrite your
policies, process your claims, service your accounts, ensure
correct rating criteria and proper billing.
Disclosure Of Information
Personal information about you may be disclosed to persons or
organizations inside or outside the Ag Workers Group of Companies as
permitted or required by law.
We may share your personal information as necessary to handle
claims and protect against fraud and/or unauthorized transactions.
We do not sell your personal information. Personal
information is not provided to persons or organizations outside Ag Workers
who are doing business on our behalf for their own marketing purposes. Ag
Workers does not disclose any nonpublic personal financial information
about its customers or former customers with nonaffiliated third parties
except as permitted by law. Information may be disclosed to third parties
without your authorization, as permitted by law. The information is
generally used to provide insurance-related services and to make
insurance-related decisions. Examples of the third parties to whom we may
disclose nonpublic personal information about you include insurance
regulators, claim adjusters and administrators and reinsurance companies.
Additionally, personal information is shared within the Ag
Workers Group of Companies to allow us to better serve you; to underwrite
your policy and improve our products.
