Step 2: Estimation

After filing your claim, you’ll likely collaborate with an estimator who will thoroughly inspect your vehicle and provide an estimate detailing the repair costs. Assuming your claim for the damage is approved, you have two choices. You can proceed with the repairs or receive a payment for the estimated cost minus your deductible. It is important to note that if you are financing or leasing your car, your lender may mandate you to complete the repairs.

Step 3: Repair

If you decide to proceed with repairs, you have the flexibility to schedule them at a shop of your choice or select from our limited network of approved shop locations. Regardless of your choice, we will manage the repair process from beginning to end, ensuring your vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition as swiftly as possible.

How do I check on the status of a claim?

To check on the status of your claim, you can call our resolutions department at (800) 772-7424, option 4, during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM). An adjuster will be available to answer questions and provide updates on the progress of your claim.

What if I need to report a glass claim?

We’ve partnered with Safelite to provide a 24/7 glass claim reporting service. If your vehicle’s windshield or glass gets damaged, you can ensure a quick and efficient claims process by simply calling (888) 891-5521. You have the convenience of scheduling a glass repair from anywhere in the United States at any time so that you can get back on the road as soon as possible. It’s important to note that although we collaborate with Safelite to handle glass claims, Ag Workers policyowners are not obligated to utilize Safelite shops for repairs.
