Extended Claim Hours

If you need to report a NEW claim as a result of Hurricane Laura, please contact our Claims Department directly at 1-800-772-7424 extension 4 and select option 2 where you will be connected with a representative who will take your information. Your claim will then be assigned to a specialist who will contact you as quickly as possible to discuss your claim.

If you need to leave a message regarding an existing claim, including Hurricane Laura claims, press option 3, and leave a detailed voice mail that includes your name, best contact #, and either your policy number or claim number and a specialist will call you back as quickly as possible.

We are monitoring both our voice mails and emails and once received a claims representative will be in contact with you as quickly as possible.
