Kelli Brown has been a member of the Ag Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Board of Directors since 2008.
Brown was raised on a crop and livestock ranch in Curtis, Nebraska. Upon completing her education in ag economics from Oklahoma State in 1991, she and her husband returned to production on the family ranch.
Brown is a current co-owner of R.A. Brown Ranch in Throckmorton, Texas, where she supervises the data management and marketing for the seedstock cattle—a role she has assumed for over 30 years.
The ranch was honored as the NCBA Cattle Producer of the Year, earned the Best Remuda award via AQHA, and received the Red Angus Service and Leadership Awards for its numerous contributions to the livestock industry. Additionally, Brown served as the National FFA president and was a Red Angus board member for several years.
Brown is married to her husband, Donnell, and they share two children and two grandchildren. She enjoys her time away from work by attending cow and ranch horse events.
