Terry Holley brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to Ag Workers Insurance, stepping into the role of Interim President and COO in August 2026. Over the course of his career, Holley has developed extensive expertise in the insurance and reinsurance industries, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Prior to joining Ag Workers, Holley spent five years at Gallagher Re, where he continued to expand his industry knowledge and experience while managing the reinsurance placement for Ag Workers. He is excited to bring that experience to Ag Workers and looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
Outside of his professional career, Holley enjoys an active lifestyle and values time spent with his family. He and his wife, Libby, have been married for 32 years. They have one daughter, Railey, who lives in Branson, Missouri, and is preparing to celebrate her wedding in November 2026. When he’s not working, Holley enjoys traveling, hunting, and skiing. He especially appreciates opportunities to explore new places, spend time outdoors, and make memories with loved ones.
