  • Information you or your agent provide when applying for an insurance policy.
  • Information you provide through online quote forms on our website, SALT Insure links, or other quote request methods.
  • Information from companies within the Ag Workers family, such as our subsidiaries.
  • Information from consumer reporting agencies (including credit information), medical providers, and/or others, which may be needed to verify your details and properly underwrite your policy.
  • Site information from when you visit our website. This data helps us serve ads to you across various devices and is used for marketing by Ag Workers and our affiliates.
  • Information may be gathered automatically through trusted third-party service providers like Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect browsing information and provide personalized advertisements.

Some insurers release and/or sell personal information to nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Ag Workers does not. If we ever change this policy, we will provide you with a supplemental notice and instructions on how you can opt out of this information sharing.

We value you as a customer and policyholder. If you have any concerns about our privacy policy, you are entitled to access your personal information that we possess or can reasonably retrieve. This information can be obtained from your agent or directly from us. However, before we respond to a request by or through your agent, you must provide a signed and notarized request indicating that we can provide such information to your agent. All information requests must contain your policy number.

This Privacy Statement describes our privacy practices for both current and former policyholders. We will provide one copy of this notice to joint policy or contract holders; please share this information with everyone covered by your policy.
