Contest Overview:
The Ag Workers 12 Days of Giveaways Contest (the “Contest”) will run on Facebook from December 6, 2023, to December 17, 2023. Participants will have the opportunity to win daily e-gift cards. Each day, entrants must enter by 11:59 PM Central Time Zone. The winner will be announced in the comment section the next day, except for contests falling on Friday or Saturday. In such cases, the winner will be announced the following Monday once the Ag Workers team is back in the office.
Eligibility:
- The Contest is open to legal residents of the state of Texas aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Limit of one entry per person per day during the Contest period.
- By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with all rules and regulations outlined in these Official Rules.
How to Enter:
- Visit the Ag Workers Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/agworkers/.
- Comment on the post, answer the daily question or complete the specified action for that day.
Contest Period:
The Contest will run from December 6, 2023, to December 17, 2023. Each day’s entry period ends at 11:59 PM Central Time Zone.
Prizes:
- Daily prizes consist of e-gift cards.
- Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entrants for each day.
- Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.
Winner Announcement:
- A winner will be chosen for each day of giveaways, making a total of twelve winners in all.
- The winners will be announced in the comment section of the daily contest post.
- Winners will be contacted via Facebook Direct Message for prize delivery details.
- If a winner fails to respond within 48 hours, they will forfeit their prize, and Ag Workers reserves the right to choose an alternative winner at their discretion.
General Conditions:
- The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance (Ag Workers) and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability.
- Ag Workers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing information to Ag Workers and not to Facebook. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
- All information about the 12 Days of Giveaways will be shared exclusively on Ag Workers’ official Facebook account (Ag Workers Auto Insurance). Please exercise caution and avoid accepting friend requests or sharing personal information, such as credit card information, with any other accounts claiming to be Ag Workers. We will not ask you for this information.
Privacy:
Information collected during the Contest will be used in accordance with Ag Worker’s privacy policy.
By participating in the 12 Days of Giveaways Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ag Workers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
